If you have a pay-as-you-go delivery policy with us and your balance drops below £0, your cover will be paused until you top up your balance.
To prevent this from happening, you can turn on auto-top up in the Zego Delivery app. With this enabled, credit will automatically be taken from your saved card and added to your balance, whenever your balance drops below £10.
To turn on auto top-up, follow these simple steps:
1. From the Zego Delivery app, tap ‘Payments’ at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select ‘Auto Top-Up’.
3. Select the amount you want to automatically top-up and tap ‘Set Amount’.
4. You’ll see a banner at the top of the screen confirming it’s been set up.
5. When your balance drops below £10, this amount will be automatically taken from your default payment card.
You can also change the auto top-up amount at any time by following the same steps.
