I can’t start a new quote in the Zego Delivery app. What should I do?

If you’ve had a new quote or tried to register with us in the past, you’ll need to remove it before you can start a new one.

Just go to the ‘Cover’ tab in the Zego Delivery app and click on the red ‘Bin’ icon to right of your previous registration.

When asked, ‘Are you sure you wish to cancel this signup?’, click yes to remove it.

Once it has been removed, you can start the sign up process again to get a new price.
