I can’t start a new quote in the Zego Delivery app. What should I do?

If you’ve had a new quote or tried to register with us in the past, you’ll need to remove it before you can start a new one.

Here's how to do it:

First, make sure your Zego Delivery app is the most up-to-date version. You can check this through your phone’s App Store.

1. Open the Zego Delivery app.

2. Tap the ‘Cover’ option at the bottom of the screen.

3. Tap the 'Red Bin' icon on the right side of your registration or quote.

4. You'll see a notification asking, "Are you sure you wish to cancel this signup? Any progress will be lost." then tap 'Yes'.

5. You’ll now be able to select other products and start a new quote.

And that’s it, easy! You can now restart your quotes anytime you need to.
