Important: If Amazon Flex is currently listed as a work provider on your pay-as-you-go account, please ensure that you have either stopped working with them or secured alternative insurance cover that is registered on the Amazon Flex system before removing them from your account.
Removing Amazon Flex without doing so will result in the suspension of your Amazon Flex account and the cancellation of all booked shifts.
To remove your work provider from your account, just follow these simple steps:
1. Open the Zego Delivery app.
2. Tap ‘You’ at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select ‘Work Providers’.
4. Select the work provider that you want to remove.
5. Tap the ‘Remove work provider’ button (just so you know, you won't be able to remove a work provider if you've worked a shift with them in the last 30 days).
6. Tap ‘Remove’ to confirm.
