As a Zego Delivery customer, it’s important that your Zego policy is correctly linked with every provider you work with.
It keeps your account active, validates your insurance policy with us and makes sure that all your shifts are logged in the Zego Delivery app.
To check which providers you’re linked with and that you’re linked correctly, just follow these simple steps:
1. From the Zego Delivery app, tap ‘You’ at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select ‘Work Providers’.
3. Select the provider you’re working with (for example, Uber Eats).
4. If your Zego account is linked with that work provider, you’ll see ‘Account linked’, with a green tick.
5. If the email listed doesn’t match your Work Provider account or if there are no shifts coming through, you’ll need to remove the work provider and re-add it.
