Your letter of enrolment will only be available for work providers linked to your account.
If your work provider is not shown on your letter of enrolment, it may be because you haven’t linked them yet, or they are not linked correctly.
Once they are successfully linked, they will be added to your letter of enrolment so all you need to do is download it again in the app.
We can show you how to check which work providers are linked to your account and also guide you through how to re-link your work provider if it isn’t listed.
