I can’t view or download my document. What should I do?

On Android devices, you may need to allow the Zego Delivery app permissions to access storage before you can view or download your document.

To do this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Android Settings

  2. Depending on your device, click 'Apps', 'Apps & notifications', or 'App permission'

  3. Scroll through your list of apps and select Zego Delivery

  4. Click on 'Permissions'

  5. Select ‘Files and media’, ‘Files’ or ‘Storage’

  6. Tap ‘Allow access to media’

  7. Go back to the Zego Delivery app and select the document you need. You should now be able to view and download your chosen document.
