Finding your Letter of Enrolment
You can get your Letter of Enrolment in the Zego Delivery app. Don't worry, it only takes a few seconds.
Just follow these steps:
Open the Zego Delivery app
Tap the ‘Documents’ option at the bottom of the screen.
Select ‘Letter of Enrolment’ from the list shown.
From here you can download a pdf version to your phone.
In addition to your Letter of Enrolment, you'll also find your Policy Schedule, Policy Booklet and IPID (Insurance Product Information Document).

Once downloaded, the pdf document can be sent to your work provider, should you need to provide proof. Please note that screen prints of this will not be accepted.
Your letter of enrolment will only be available for work providers linked to your account. So check your Work Providers if you don't see the letter you need. Then try downloading again in the app. Use this guide if you need help checking your work providers.

What do I do when my Letter of Enrolment expires?
Every time you open your Letter of Enrolment in the Zego Delivery app, it is updated to give you cover for the next 30 days. So if your current Letter of Enrolment is due to expire, you simply need to go back into your app and re-download a new copy. Easy!
What's the difference between a Letter of Enrolment and Certificate of Motor Insurance?
The Letter of Enrolment (LOE) is a document that tells your work providers (such as Deliveroo or Uber Eats) that we promise to provide you with insurance while you’re working a shift with them.
Your Certificate of Insurance is your proof of insurance cover. This document is what the police will use to prove you have the necessary insurance to use your vehicle for that specific journey – for example, to deliver fast food.
