For Pay-as-you-go policies
If you have a Pay-as-you-go policy, we can’t directly change a pay-as-you-go policy to a 30 day or an annual policy. To do this, you’ll need to go ahead with a quote for a new 30 day or annual policy and cancel your pay-as-you-go cover.

For 30-Day and Annual policies
If you have a 30-day or an Annual policy, we are unable to change the policy length of an active policy. This means that if you’d like to change your existing cover to a 30 day or an annual policy, you’ll need to cancel your cover and set up a new policy. Any relevant cancellation charges would apply when doing this.
The best time to make this change is when your policy is due for renewal. This would avoid any cancellation charges. Just let us know that you’d like to make a change when you want to renew your policy.
