Change your password

If you have forgotten your password or would like to change it for security reasons, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Yousign login page,

  • Enter your e-mail address,

  • Click on "Continue",

  • Click on "Forgot password",

  • Confirm your e-mail address by clicking on "Continue".

You will then receive an e-mail with a link to change your password:

  • Click on the green "Reset password" button in the e-mail,

  • Enter your new password twice,

  • Confirm by clicking on "Reset password",

  • Log back in with your new password.

Your new password must contain :

  • 12 characters minimum

  • At least one lower-case character (a-z)

  • At least one uppercase character (A-Z)

  • At least one number (0-9) or symbol (e.g.: !@#$%^&*)

Protect your account if your password is compromised

Why: To protect your account, we block the use of passwords known to have been exposed in public leaks.

What you’ll see:

  • A message when you log in asking you to reset your password for security reasons.

What to do:

  1. Click Reset password on the login screen.

  2. Choose a strong, unique password that you haven’t used elsewhere.

  3. Confirm and log in with your new password.

Best practices:

  • Use a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.

  • Avoid reusing the same password across multiple services.

  • Enable 2FA to strengthen your account security.
