How to open a demo account
If you don’t yet have an agreement with XTB, you can open a demo account directly in our mobile app. Simply click the “Open account” button on the login screen. After entering your email address and password, your profile will be created.
On the main screen, you’ll have the option to activate a real account or — by tapping the profile icon in the top left corner and scrolling down — select “Switch to DEMO account.”
How can I open a demo account if I already have a live account?
If you already have a Real Account, you can open a Demo Account through the mobile app or in the Client Office management page by following these steps:
Via mobile app.
Tap the profile icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
Select the Demo Account tab.
note:
Demo accounts can only be opened in USD currency , and the currency cannot be changed later.
A demo account is a permanent account , and a user can only create one such account.
🚩 If an Unlimited Demo account was already created when you opened your XTB account, you cannot create another demo account.
🚩 If you don't see the Demo Account button , please check that your phone's operating system is updated to the latest version.
How to open a demo account if you already have a real account?
If you already have a real account, you can open an additional demo account from the Client office by clicking the “My Accounts” tab on the left-hand side. Then, select the “Demo Accounts” tab and click the “Add Account” button in the top right corner.
How to change the balance on a demo account?
To change the balance (add funds) on your demo account, log in to the Client office and go to the “My Accounts” section. Then, select the “Demo Accounts” tab and click the green “Change Balance” button next to the chosen demo account.
