How can you request data deletion?
Users with a demo account only

Real clients (with an active agreement)
For clients with a real trading account, personal data cannot be deleted due to legal obligations. However, you may submit a request to terminate your agreement. Once the agreement is terminated, your personal data must be retained for a period of 10 years, in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering laws and other financial regulations).
