How can I close my account?

First, you need to clarify whether you want a sub-account and continue trading with XTB, or whether you want to terminate the service agreement and stop trading with us.

If it's the first case, where you only want to close one or more sub-accounts, simply contact XTB Customer Support via online chat, phone, or email at cs_int@xtb.com and request to close the sub-account you wish.

We are sorry that you want to close your XTB account. You can submit a termination request via the mobile app. Click on the Profile icon in the upper left corner -> Settings -> Leave XTB.

🚩 Before submitting the request, make sure that you do not have any open positions or that there are no remaining funds in your trading accounts.

If you have any difficulties sending the request to terminate the agreement via the mobile application, you can also send your request in writing to cs_int@xtb.com

It is enough to clearly indicate that you want to terminate the agreement. Please also remember that your request must be sent from the registered email address.

🚩 If you wish to close only one of your trading accounts, but wish to keep the agreement active, please contact our Customer Service Team via chat or email.

🚩 Please keep in mind that you will not be charged anything for keeping your account open for 12 months after your last trade.

🚩 We do not charge any fees for terminating the agreement.
