The password needed to decrypt documents sent via email can be found in the mobile application or on the web platform:
Mobile app: Click the profile icon in the upper left corner, then go to Security -> Document Password.
Web Platform: Go to the My Profile tab (located at the bottom of the left-hand panel), then select Document Password .
🚩The password for documents cannot be changed.
