Account activation
Document verification usually takes a few minutes. In times of increased activity, this time may be extended to several hours.
If all documents are correctly verified, the contract will be activated, about which you will be informed by e-mail.
In the event of positive verification of documents and failure to open the contract within 24 hours, please contact the Customer Service Department at cs_int@xtb.com
🚩 Identification documents are sent using an online form. If you want your identity document to be verified in person (in the presence of our employee), we invite you to our office at ul. Prosta 67, Warsaw. We are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
