📌 How to file a complaint?
If you experience any difficulties with the activity on your trading account, you have the right to file a complaint.
Complaints can be submitted via the form in the Client office.
After entering the Claims tab please choose a subject of your complaint and complete all the details.
You can also submit a complaint via email to cs_int@xtb.com. In the email, please describe the specific issue you experienced, the time the issue occurred, and the IDs of the affected positions (if any).
🕒 Response time
According to regulations, complaints will be processed within 30 days of submission. However, we always strive to respond to complaints within 7 business days.
