You may designate another person to perform transactions including opening, closing, or adjusting trading orders, closing accounts, or enforcing the terms of the Service Agreement.
Based on XTB's current regulations, authorization or revocation of authorization must be in writing. The client and the authorized person must fill in the required information, sign the authorization form provided by XTB, and send it to us via email along with documents verifying the identity and address of the authorized person.
🚩 The power of attorney with XTB effectively expires upon receipt of notification regarding:
a) The revocation of the power of attorney by the Client or the attorney,
b) The death of the Client or the attorney,
c) The loss of legal personality by the Client if they are a legal entity.
