Changing/Adding your bank account

Registering a new bank account on the mobile app:

To do this, go to Menu, select Withdrawal, then scroll to the bottom and select Add bank account.

You will be redirected to a form to fill in the information for the bank you want to add and finally upload a bank account verification document. This document can be a bank statement, or a certificate of account ownership containing the following information: Account holder's name, bank account number, bank name/logo. The acceptable document format is a PDF generated in electronic banking. We do not accept screenshots.

Note that you can only register a bank account that you own, not a third-party account.

If the submitted document is rejected, information and the reason will be sent to the email address assigned to your account. To find out the reason for rejection, please check your email inbox.

To change your bank account number, please login to the Client Office and go to My Profile -> Bank accounts tab and click Edit

You can also edit your bank account on web platform by select 3 lines at the top right corner and choose My account, then select Bank account
