On your trading account, you have the option to enable three types of notifications:
trading-related notifications,
news updates,
deposit/withdrawal notifications.
To enable receiving any of the above notifications, you need to log in to your account on the XTB mobile app, tap the Profile icon -> Options -> Notifications.
Additionally, you can also enable notifications from our web platform. After logging into your account, you can click the Options icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Notifications and select the type of notifications you want to receive.
🚩 Subscribing to notifications via SMS, email, or mobile device regarding your Trading Account is an additional service provided alongside brokerage services. Messages received as part of this service are for informational purposes only. Enabling notifications does not exempt the Client from the responsibility of independently monitoring the status of their Investment Account. Failure to receive or delayed receipt of notifications cannot be used as a basis for claims against XTB.
