Why are deposited funds not invested in ETFs and remain as a cash reserve?
The most common reason is that your Investment Plan does not allow you to purchase fractional units of an ETF, meaning the minimum investment amount is significantly higher.
Another possible reason is that automatic investment via bank transfer was not confirmed. During setup, the transfer details were displayed before the investment was confirmed in the Investment Plan.
How do I change the currency of the Investment Plan?
The currency of the Investment Plan is tied to the currency of the investment account, so once it is created, currency changes are no longer possible.
Where can I check the number of ETFs purchased?
You can check the number of ETFs purchased in the mobile app. Click the profile icon in the upper left corner and select Settings. Scroll down until you find the Equity Assets Overview section. Here you will see a summary of the regulated market assets in your investment account, as well as the number of Investment Plans associated with that account.

How is rebalancing performed? Do I have to do it every time?
You don't have to rebalance yourself. You can keep your originally purchased ETFs, even if you change the percentages within a given Investment Plan.
How can I close an ETF within a given Investment Plan and withdraw the funds?
Directly closing one of several ETFs within an Investment Plan is unfortunately not possible. In such a case, you must change the percentage share of the remaining ETFs within a given Investment Plan.
Will all instruments available in XTB's offerings also be available within Investment Plans?
