In order to change your personal data, log in to the Client office, then go to the My profile tab -> Profile data.
If you cannot log in, please use the password reset option at the following link.
If, despite trying to refresh your password, you are not able to log in, you can also contact the customer service department to change your data (https://www.xtb.com/cy/contact).
