How can you request data deletion?

Users with a demo account only

If you are using a demo account and would like your personal data to be deleted, simply contact our Customer Support team. You can reach us by email at cs@xtb.com or via the phone number listed on our website.

Real clients (with an active agreement)

Clients with a real trading account who didn’t make deposits in their accounts they can send an email with their request to iod.cy@xtb.com, as per Privacy policy of the company.

Personal data of clients with a real trading account who made deposits in their accounts cannot be deleted for a period of seven (7) years due to legal obligations (e.g., anti-money laundering laws, CySEC law).
