How to Withdraw, Processing Times, and Status

How to Initiate a Withdrawal

To start the process, you can either:

  • Click the Deposit-Withdrawal button directly within the web platform platform.

  • Log in to your Client Office via https://www.xtb.com/cy.

Bank Account Verification

In accordance with applicable rules, funds may only be withdrawn to accounts owned by the Customer.

  • First Withdrawal: You will need to add your bank account details and upload a photo of your bank statement to allow us to verify the account. This is done for your protection and regulatory compliance.

  • Subsequent Withdrawals: We only verify your account for the first withdrawal; we do not ask for this again unless a data refresh is required.

  • Revolut: Funds may be withdrawn to accounts maintained by Revolut (as Revolut Bank UAB) provided that the account belongs to the Customer.


Fees and Commissions

Note on Bank Costs: XTB covers all costs charged by our bank. All other potential costs (Beneficiary and Intermediary bank) are paid by the client according to the commission tables of those banks.


Processing Time and Status 💸

We process withdrawal requests promptly:

  • Processing Time: For XTB Limited (CY), requests are processed not later than on the next business day following the day in which we received the withdrawal request.

Where can I check the status?

To monitor your request, go to the Client Office -> My Profile -> Payout History. There you can check the date of the request, the withdrawal amount, and the current status.
