How to close only one trading account (keeping the agreement active)?
If you want to close only one of your investment accounts (e.g., an account in a specific currency) while keeping your agreement active, ask on the chat to be redirected to Customer Support or contact us via email at ukservice@xtb.co.uk
How to terminate the agreement?
If you want to terminate your agreement with XTB, you can submit a request via the mobile app or the web platform.
Mobile App: Click the Profile icon -> Settings -> Leave XTB.
Web Platform: Go to My Profile -> Leave XTB.
🚩 Before submitting the request, make sure that you do not have any open positions or that there are no remaining funds in your trading accounts.
If you have any difficulties sending the request to terminate the agreement via the mobile application, you can also send your request in writing to: cs@xtb.com
It is enough to clearly indicate that you want to terminate the agreement. Please also remember that your request must be sent from the registered email address.
🚩 If you wish to close only one of your trading accounts, but wish to keep the agreement active, please contact our Customer Service Team via chat or email.
🚩 Please keep in mind that you will not be charged anything for keeping your account open for 12 months after your last trade.
🚩 We do not charge any fees for terminating the agreement.
