Reactivating your account after closure.

If you previously closed your account and have changed your mind, don’t worry: you can continue to use XTB’s services. Please note, however, that a closed account cannot be reactivated: you cannot retrieve your previous account history or reactivate the account.

If you wish to create a new account using the same email address, please contact our Customer Service at cs@xtb.com. One of our representatives will let you know when you can resubmit your request via the online form.

If you wish to use a different email address, you can go directly to the registration form on our website and create a new account.
