If your ID card has expired, please make sure to update it in your XTB profile as soon as possible.
An up-to-date identity document is essential for the proper functioning of your investment account. Failure to update it may result in limited access to certain features, such as the ability to withdraw funds.
To update your document in the mobile app, tap the profile icon in the top left corner, go to the Personal Details tab, and select the Edit identification document option. Then, choose the type of document and upload a photo or scan of the selected ID.
To update you profile in Client Office online
Go to "My profile" tab and select "Profile data" section.
In ‘My Profile’, go to ‘Identification document’ and click on “Edit” (the green pencil icon). At this point, you need to choose your identity document (identity card or passport), attach a photo (front and back for identity cards; front only for passports) and click ‘Send’.
