How to request a withdrawal?

You can request a withdrawal either through the mobile app or the web platform.

Requesting a withdrawal in the mobile app:

  1. Go to the Portfolio tab.

  2. Tap Withdraw at the top of the screen.

  3. Select Bank Account as your withdrawal method.

  4. Choose one of the following two ways to verify your bank account:

    • Bank Transfer: Deposit any amount from your bank account to link it.

    • Fill out the form: Enter your bank account details and upload documents to prove account ownership.

Requesting a withdrawal on the web platform:

  1. Click Deposit & Withdrawal in the upper-left panel of the screen.

  2. Select the Withdraw option.

  3. Choose the bank account you want to withdraw funds to.

Note: If this is your first withdrawal, you must verify your bank account using one of these two options:

  • Bank Transfer: Make a deposit of any amount from your bank account to link it automatically.

  • Fill out the form:

    • Enter your bank account details.

    • Upload an online generated PDF bank statement issued by your bank within the last three months to verify account ownership (required for security and regulatory compliance).

    • Enter the verification code sent to your phone via SMS.

    • Missing your code? Request to connect with a live agent via chat.


Bank account verification is required only for the first withdrawal - for subsequent withdrawals, it will not be necessary.

🚩 Important:
For an individual trading account, the withdrawal can only be made to a bank account that is the same as your country of residence. You should be the sole owner of the bank account for withdrawals. It is not possible to withdraw funds to a third-party account or a joint account.

Why Can't I Verify My Bank Account?

If you are having trouble verifying your bank account for withdrawals, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Check your notifications: Look for an email from XTB or an in-app message explaining why the verification failed.

  2. Re-submit your details: If there was an issue with your document, check the requirements and click "Fill Out the Form" on the bank account verification page to try again.

  3. Track bank transfers: If you made a bank transfer deposit to verify your account, please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

  4. Take a screenshot: If you see an error message on your screen, snap a quick screenshot of it.

  5. Contact Customer Support: If your bank transfer is still pending after 24 hours, or if you encounter a persistent error, please ask to be connected to a live agent for further assistance.

Withdrawal Fees

We do not charge any commission for withdrawals. We also do not charge fees for withdrawals in foreign currencies. However, please note that fees may be charged by the recipient bank or intermediary banks involved in the withdrawal process.

Withdrawal Processing Time

  • Same-Day Processing: Your withdrawal will be processed today if submitted before 1:00 PM (GMT).

  • Next-Day Processing: Requests made after 1:00 PM (GMT), or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

When will funds arrive? It typically takes 1 to 3 working days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and the withdrawal currency.

Missing your funds? If your money hasn't arrived after 3 working days, please connect with a live agent via chat or contact us by email.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

There is no minimum withdrawal amount - you can withdraw any sum available in your account.

Blocked Withdrawal Option

If you are unable to request a withdrawal, check if your identification document is up to date. An expired identification document may result in blocked withdrawals. You will receive an email notification when your document is approaching its expiration date.

Additionally, if you try to request a withdrawal with an expired document, an error screen will appear.

Where to check the status of the withdrawal?

To check the withdrawal status:

👉 Go to: Client office → My Profile → Transaction History → Withdrawals

There, you will find:

  • the date of the request,

  • the amount,

  • the current status of the withdrawal.

Can I withdraw funds to a Revolut account?

Yes, it is possible to withdraw to Revolut accounts (Revolut LTD), as long as the account belongs to you.

Why was a fee charged for a USD withdrawal?

XTB does not charge fees for withdrawals in USD.

🚩 However, fees may be charged by the recipient bank or intermediary banks involved in the withdrawal process. Withdrawals in USD are settled via the SWIFT network. Additional fees applied by the intermediary bank are outside of the XTB group.
