Daily and quarterly reports

In accordance with applicable regulations, XTB is required to send reports regarding activity on the account. The delivery of reports is mandatory and cannot be opted out of.

Types of reports:

📩 Daily Report

📩 Quarterly Report

📌 Monthly reports are not available.

Each report is sent via email as a password-protected PDF file — separately for each investment account. The password to open the report can be found in the mobile app or in the Client Office

In the mobile app, go to the profile icon in the top left corner → Personal Data → Document Password.

In the Client Office go to the My Profile tab → Profile Data.

When do we send the daily report?

The daily report is sent if at least one of the following conditions is met:
1️⃣ You executed a transaction (opened or closed a position) on the previous day.
(Note: simply holding an open position or placing a pending order does not generate a report.)

2️⃣ The price of a CFD instrument on which you have an open position has moved against you by at least 10% (and its multiples, i.e., 20%, 30%, etc.).
(Note: Condition no. 2 applies only to CFD contracts — we do not report price changes on stocks, ETFs, or fractional rights.)

📌 The daily reports only show positions opened or closed on the previous day. The report does not include all open positions on your account.

When do we send the quarterly report?

The quarterly report is sent if at least one of the following conditions is met:
1️⃣ You have an open position on the last day of the given quarter.
2️⃣ Your balance is greater than zero.
