We created a referral program to reward our valued clients who want to share XTBs products and services with their friends, based on their positive experiences. The XTB referral program rewards XTB clients who share links to their friends to choose XTB as their investing platform with a free stock, both for themselves and their friends upon meeting the qualification criteria.
Participant Eligibility Requirements
Requirements for the Referrer (Existing Client)
Before you can generate and share an invitation link, you must meet all of the following criteria:
Your XTB investment account must have been active for at least 30 days.
You must have deposited a minimum total of €100 into your XTB account.
You must maintain an average end-of-day account value of at least €100 over the last 84 days.
You must have opened at least 5 positions in real Stocks or ETFs since opening your account.
🚩Account value is the sum of Free funds (money available to trade) and Asset value (Stocks and ETFs)
Requirements for the Referred Friend
A Friend can be someone who is not or has not been in the last 365 days a Client of XTB prior to the commencement of the Program.
A person can participate as a Friend only once.
🚩 The Referrer and Friend must be a different natural person. The Referrer and Friend must have/open an account with the same XTB branch.
🚩The Referrer and the Friend must have the most current version of the App.

How the Program Works
1. Generate & Share Your Personal Link - To get started, open the XTB app, tap the Profile icon in the upper-left corner, and select Invite Friends to generate your custom link. Share this link directly with your friend via private message or email.
Note: If the "Invite Friends" option does not appear, your account may not yet meet the necessary eligibility criteria.
⚠️ Sharing Guidelines: Public distribution of referral links is prohibited. Your link must be shared directly with an individual contact. Public channels—including YouTube, WhatsApp groups, podcasts, messenger channels, mass e-mails, online forums, voucher websites—are not permitted.
2. Friend Registers & Verifies Account - The Friend must download the XTB mobile application using the invitation link received from the Referrer and complete the online registration for a real trading account.
Note: If the XTB mobile application is downloaded through any other means, the Friend will not participate in the Program.
3. First Deposit & Acceptance - The friend passes verification and makes their first deposit of any amount into their new account.
🚩 Steps 1 -3 (link generation, friend registration, verification, and initial deposit) must take place within 21 calendar days from the moment you generate the link. If all steps are not completed till the end of that term, it will result in the expiration of the Reward.
4. Rewards Credited Automatically - Once all steps are verified within the 21-day window, XTB automatically credits 1 ordinary share of Rolls Royce (RR.UK) to both the Referrer's account and the Friend's main account within 3 business days.
🚩Friends may receive only one Reward, regardless of the number of Accounts or sub-accounts established.
Referral Limits & Link Caps
Monthly Limit: Maximum of 3 invitation links per calendar month.
Lifetime Cap: Maximum of 12 invitation links across the entire lifespan of your account.
Note: Creating a link counts toward both your monthly and lifetime quotas regardless of whether your friend uses it.
