Web Platform
To submit logs from the web version of the platform, click the “Support & Help” button in the left-hand menu, then select the option “Send error report”.
In the comment field, please provide detailed information about the reported issue or indicate that the logs relate to a submitted complaint.
Mobile App
To submit logs from the XTB mobile app, tap the profile icon in the top left corner, go to “Settings”, and select “Report an issue”.
In the comment field, please provide detailed information about the reported issue or indicate that the logs relate to a submitted complaint. At the bottom of the screen, confirm the submission.
From the login screen (without logging into the app)
You can also send logs without having to log into the app. To do so, tap the “Help” button in the top right corner of the login screen, then select the “Report an issue” option.
