Integrating Lytics with Experiences by Jebbit enables you to leverage Lytics' customer data platform capabilities within your interactive experiences. This integration allows for enhanced personalization by utilizing Lytics' audience segmentation and behavioral data.
Before you begin
Ensure you have active accounts with both Lytics and Experiences by Jebbit.
Familiarize yourself with Lytics' audience segmentation and data export functionalities.
Confirm that you have the necessary permissions to create and manage integrations in both platforms
Request the integration with our team.
Create a Lytics Customer Data Platform integration
There are a few steps we ask you to take so that Jebbit can securely receive access to perform the integration.
Create an API Key/Token
In the Lytics platform, go to Account Settings > API Tokens >Create API Token
Give the token a name and description.
We recommend naming it "Jebbit" with "Jebbit Integration" in the description.
If you are prompted to add a Scope, please add the "Data Manager" scope.
Save the API Token.
Add your credentials in the platform
Once you have the required credentials and endpoint details, add them directly to your integration in the platform.
Note: All integration credentials are now managed directly within the platform. From the Integrations module, you can name your integration, enter the required credentials, and configure your field mappings — no file submission required.
