Role permissions in Rotas and Workforce Management
Rotas and Workforce Management has four main hierarchical roles:
Administrator
Manager
Supervisor
Employee
For each level, a basic role with the same name is offered for your use.
These roles all have specific permissions, which we'll cover later.
Apart from the administrator, who is by default the manager of all location, each user can have a different role for each branch.
This constitutes your organisation's role hierarchy.
★It's important to note how notifications work in Rotas And Workforce Management. Notifications are always sent to the person's immediate superior. Find out more about the notification system.
E.g.: An administrator will receive notifications from all his employees unless he sets up a manager or supervisor in the organisation.
It is possible to create customised roles to give or remove permissions.
