How to Import an Employee List (Atlas)

How to import your employee list using the bulk import spreadsheet (Excel)

If you want to save time and add multiple employees at the same time, you can upload a spreadsheet that contains their details to create their profiles in bulk.

We offer a template to streamline the procedure. In short, the procedure is:

  1. Access the bulk import template

  2. Download the template

  3. Fill the template

  4. Upload the template

  5. Correct errors (if any) and save

IMPORTANT

Current employees' profiles are not updated during an import.

Accessing the Import Interface

  1. Click on "Employees/workers > Manage" tab

  2. Click on the "Actions" button (three dots) next to "Add employee/worker"

  3. Click on "Import employee data"

  4. Follow the 4 steps under Import employees

  5. Click on "Download template"

  6. Save the template to your computer and open it up from your downloads

  7. Populate the template with your employees' data, ensuring the red mandatory fields are populated

  8. Save the tempate to your computer

  9. Go back to the import employees page and click "Browse"

  10. Choose the correct file from your computer and click "Import"

  11. Confirm the details in the preview page and click on the "Add" button

Success!

If everything went fine you will see your new employees added to your Employees/workers page.
