Customizing your Sana Create branding

Make your Sana platform feel like a natural extension of your existing digital environment. You can build your image library and define themes and fonts.

To customize branding settings:

1. Open Sana Create.

2. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

3. Click Branding.

On the Branding page, you can build your image library and customize the interface theme, fonts, and themes available in the course editor.

1. Media library

Start building your media library for quick access to images when you create courses. This helps keep your branding consistent.

  1. Go to Manage media library.

  2. Click Upload.

You can also add tags to your images:

  1. Click New tag.

  2. Name the tag.

  3. Go back to All media.

  4. Click the three-dot menu in the bottom-right corner of the image you want to tag.

  5. Select the tag.

2. Interface theme

Customize the platform colors.

  1. Click Edit in the Interface theme section.

  2. Define the Button background color and Button text color.

    • Click the color icon for the button background or text color.

    • Pick the color in one of three ways:

      1. Drag the color picker indicator to the color you want

      2. Use the color picker

      3. Use RGB, HSL, or HEX values

  3. Click Save.

  4. Click Save changes.

3. Custom font

Upload your own fonts for headings and body text.

  1. Click Upload next to the font type you want to customize.

  2. Select the font file

  3. Click Save changes.

4. Custom themes

Control which custom color themes are available in the course editor. You can import an existing theme or create a new one.

To import a theme:

  1. Go to Manage themes.

  2. Select Import and replace.

  3. Choose the file to upload.

To create your own theme:

  1. Click Create new.

  2. Define the theme’s Background color and Text color using the steps in the Interface theme section.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Click Save changes.
