In Sana Create, it’s easy to invite your colleagues to collaborate on a course. You can give them permission to view, edit, and comment on what you’re creating.
Inviting collaborators to view, edit, or comment on a course
To invite collaborators, you can simply share a link to the course. Click on the
icon on the upper right hand side in the editor view.
There are two types of links you can share:
Editor invite link – gives collaborators permission to view and edit the course
Commenter invite link – gives collaborators permission to view and leave comments on the course
Once someone opens the course via a shared link, they will appear in the list of collaborators. From there, you can change their access level (Editor/Commenter) or revoke their access at any time.
