✅Comments

Explore employee comments to gain more context for the survey results, identify patterns, and engage in dialogue with employees.

What are Comments?

Under Comments, you can view and work with the comments employees have written in connection with the survey.

The comments supplement the other results with qualitative feedback and can help you understand what lies behind employees' responses.

How to find Comments

  1. Log in to Woba Suite

  2. Select Results in the menu on the left

  3. Select the survey you want to view results for

  4. Select Comments

You will now see the comments from the selected survey.

What can I see under Comments?

In the overview, you can:

  • View employee comments

  • See which department the comment comes from

  • See which question and category the comment relates to

  • See the sentiment of the comment

  • Search comments

  • Filter by Sentiment and Reply Status

  • Save relevant comments

  • Reply to comments

  • View Direct Messages

  • Download comments

💡 Tip: Use the filters at the top of Results if you want to focus on comments from specific departments, categories, or other relevant groups.

See how Filtering works here.

Filter and find relevant comments

Use Search comments to find comments containing specific words or topics.

You can also use Sentiment and Reply Status to narrow down the list and, for example, focus on specific types of feedback or comments that have not yet been answered.

If you want to return to a specific comment later, you can save it using the bookmark function.

Reply to comments and view Direct Messages

You can reply to relevant comments directly from the overview. When a dialogue arises based on a comment, you can find the conversation under Direct Messages.

Here, you can view the message history and continue the dialogue directly in Woba.

If the survey is anonymous, the employee remains anonymous in the dialogue.

Download comments

Click Download comments if you want to export the comments and continue working with them for example via. Excel or Sheets.

This can, for example, be relevant if the comments are to be used for further analysis or shared as part of the continued work with the survey results.
