You can complete surveys, keep track of your personal tasks, and explore short videos and microlearning content designed to help you feel better and perform better at work.
If your organization has enabled it, you can also use the Whistleblower feature or view an overview of treatments offered through your employer. Bookings are made through direct links to external providers - no personal data is collected or stored in Woba.
Features available in the Employee Portal
Home: A personalized dashboard with an overview of your wellbeing and tailored recommendations.
Surveys: Access all active and completed surveys (engagement, wellbeing, workplace assessments, etc.).
Wellbeing Hub: Explore short videos and microlearning content that supports your daily wellbeing.
Messages: Communicate with your manager based on survey results.
Actions and Tasks: View and manage your personal tasks related to surveys.
Whistleblower: Submit anonymous reports if the feature has been enabled by your organization.
Book a Treatment: View available treatments offered through your organization's providers. Bookings are completed via external links, and no data is stored in Woba.
Get started with the Employee Portal mobile app
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Once the app has been installed, log in using your email address or phone number.
You will receive a verification code by email or SMS. The code expires after 5 minutes.
Enter the verification code in the app.
You are now logged in to the Employee Portal mobile app.
