Muting, reporting, blocking someone

To keep a safe community, we make sure that users can mute, report or block other users if needed.

"Muting" a user allows you to avoid notifications for a given conversation.

Go to your conversation > Click on the three dots in the top right corner > Click on "Mute 🔕"

Choose for how long you want to mute the conversation 👇

"Reporting" a user allows you to report a user to Wizz admins, if the user doesn't respect Wizz Guidelines.

Go to your conversation > Click on the three dots in the top right corner > Click on "Report ✋"

Make sure you really want to report the user as their account will be restricted. Select the reason 👇

Please note that all reports are examined by our agents. Depending on the severity of the offence, the reported user may be Restricted for a certain period of time, or even Banned from the application. On the other hand, if we observe too many unjustified reports, this feature may be deactivated on your account.

"Blocking" enables you to prevent a user from sending you messages, and it will remove the conversation from your inbox.

Go to your conversation > Click on the three dots in the top right corner > Click on "Block 🚫"

Click on "block" 👇

If you block the user, you won't be able to see their message or interact with them. If you are sure, click on "OK"

If you change your mind, you can un-block a user. See section below.

To unblock someone, go to Profile > Settings > Blocked users

👉 Go to your Profile (tap your picture on the top-left corner)

👉 Go to your Settings (tap the wheel on the top-right corner)

👉 In the "My account" section, click on "Blocked users"

👉 To cancel a blocked user, click on "Unblock"

Also, if you see this screen, it means you don't have any blocked users anymore 👇
