How can I know if I was restricted?
If you are only seeing a reminder of the guidelines while messaging another user, it means that you have been reported and did not respect our guidelines several times.
You can check the status of your account by going to "Settings" and clicking on "Is my account restricted?". See the visual below 👇

Your account won't be restricted forever, and you'll be able to access all the options again after a certain amount of time.
Why was my account restricted?
If your account was restricted, this means that you have breached our guidelines of use and may no longer use all the options of the app.
For example, you may have been reported for inappropriate behaviors that are prohibited on our application, such as:
Nudity/Sexual Content
Harassment
Hate Speech
Spam
Promotion or sollicitation
Illegal usage

How long will I be restricted for?
It depends on how busy the Wizz team is. To keep a safe community, we make sure that people violating our guidelines can't access the app, and it takes time to review our user behaviors when spotted as inappropriate 🧐
You will have to be patient, as we will do our best to review the restriction.
How can I contest the decision if I don't agree?
If you're 100% sure you've been on the up-and-up, you can challenge this restriction.
Just head over to our Settings section and click on 'Disagree with decision'. See the image below 👇
