Age Estimation

Age Estimation uses secure technology to estimate your age without needing an ID. It helps us quickly check that users meet Wizz’s age requirements while keeping the community safe. Wizz uses a trusted partner called Yoti for age verification.

If you are having trouble with Age Estimation, be sure to:

✅ Center your face and use good lighting.

🚫 Remove hats and glasses

ID Verification

Wizz asks for ID verification when we have detected a difference in your age and estimated age. For safety, all users must verify their age to access the app.

If you are having trouble with ID verification, make sure you are submitting an accepted ID:

✅ You can verify your age with a passport, driver's license and national ID.

🚫 You cannot submit school ID or other unauthorized documents.

This check is handled by our trusted partner Yoti and is only used to verify your identity.

Banned after Age Verification

If an account is banned after Age Verification, it means the account does not meet Wizz’s age or safety requirements. This helps protect the community and ensure everyone is using Wizz appropriately.

What if I don't have ID?

Age verification helps keep Wizz safe and secure for everyone. You cannot access the app without completing your verification.

If you don’t have ID yet, you can come back and verify later once you do.

You can also choose to delete your account and create a new account in the future when you’re ready:
