Q: Do my old contracts transfer?
A: Yes. All existing service contracts are automatically transferred to Wilson Alarms. There is no gap in your cover and you remain fully supported.


Q: Why are callout charges different now?
A: From the date of acquisition, all customers move onto Wilson Alarms’ standard Terms & Conditions and pricing, which are applied consistently across our client base. This ensures fairness and clarity for everyone.


Q: What’s changed in service delivery?
A: You now benefit from:

The only changes are positive: your service is aligned with Wilson’s standards, giving you more resources and reliability.

Q: Do I need to sign a new agreement?
A: No. Your contract automatically continues with Wilson Alarms. However, please note that all terms, conditions, and pricing are aligned to Wilson’s T&Cs from the moment of acquisition.
