❌ I Want to Cancel My Contract

When things go wrong, we want to fix it first.

Before you go, can we help fix what’s not working?

Most cancellations happen because something didn’t feel right—price, scheduling, false alarms, or a miscommunication. We’d genuinely love a chance to sort it.

Email: service@wilsonalarms.co.uk
Subject line: Cancellation

If you email us with that subject, a senior member of our service team will prioritise your case. Tell us what’s gone wrong and what “good” looks like—we’ll try to make it right.

How Cancellation Works

  • 12-month term: Maintenance and monitoring contracts run for 12 months.

  • Renewal window: In month 11 we send your renewal so you have one month to decide.

  • No mid-term refunds: Once renewed, the contract runs its full term and we don’t refund for cancellation during the year.

Think of your maintenance contract like membership to a priority support club—we schedule engineers, parts, and compliance checks in advance to keep you protected, which is why mid-term cancellations aren’t pro-rated.

If You Still Want to Cancel

  1. Check your renewal date.

  2. Email service@wilsonalarms.co.uk with subject “Cancellation.”

  3. If you’re pre-renewal, we’ll action non-renewal at term end.

  4. If you’re mid-term, service continues until the current term ends.
