How to Change a Site’s Package on Performance Cloud

In Performance Cloud, a site’s package determines the resources assigned to it, such as CPU, memory, storage, traffic, and I/O limits.

You can change a site’s package at any time from the Performance Cloud dashboard.

Change a site’s package

  1. From the Sites section, find the site you want to update.

  2. In the Package column, click the current package name.

  3. In the Change Package window, select a new package: Small, Medium, Large or a custom package.

  4. Click Save Changes.

The site’s resource limits are updated to match the selected package.

What changes when you update a package

Changing a package updates the resource limits assigned to the site, including:

  • CPU and memory

  • Storage space

  • Monthly traffic

  • I/O limits

  • Email and database limits

Good to know

  • Package changes apply to the selected site only.

  • Performance Cloud simplifies package management, but advanced resource configuration is handled in WHM.
