What happens to gift vouchers after a return or reclamation?

Purchased gift vouchers can be re-issued after an order or part of an order has been returned. Refunds for cash payments or orders resulting from an exchange can only be made directly in our stores. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be made without visiting the store in person.
