We are happy to provide you with a prepaid return label for glasses purchased online. Please contact our Customer Solutions Team (hello@shopviu.com) in advance. Please note that returns are only possible for items purchased online. Glasses purchased in store can only be returned to one of our stores. If you return an item at your own expense, we unfortunately cannot reimburse the shipping costs incurred. VIU does not cover the costs of shipments for repairs.
