When in a Coaching room or a Deal room, click on a recording title to get to the Meeting Page.

The Meeting Page gives you insights into your recording such as:

  • The complete meeting transcript

  • Key Moments

  • Participants

  • Overall Sentiment

  • Customer Speaking time

  • Checklist

  • Call Summary

Note: if the IN PROGRESS is displayed then these insights are still being generated for the meeting and you won't be able to make any edits.

After the file has been processed you will be able to see insights and re-process the recording if you need to make changes about meeting-type or language-settings.

On the meeting page you can see:

  • The meeting title

  • The settings: meeting time, meeting type that was chosen, language chosen, translation chosen

  • The recording: choose to listen to the full recording OR only the marked moments OR only selected participants; listen in fast mode

You can (1) search for a specific word a participant used during the recording in the transcript via the "Search in Meeting" window.
You can (2) view again Key Moments of the conversation. Key Moments are the moments that you marked during the live recording. You are able to (3) mark the moments also after the call in the Meeting Page:

Key Moments: You can...

  • play one Key Moment

  • edit the length of a key moment

  • comment on a key moment

  • send an email with your direct feedback message

Participants: You can edit participants if they are not recognised correctly.

Overall Sentiment is based on positive or negative words used during the call.

A monologue is defined as one person speaking for more than two minutes.

The Customer Speaking Time takes into account all external participants and compares them with your (and your colleagues) speaking time.

Checklist after the call: Check yourself whether you have mentioned everything important during the call.

Customer Views refer to external views only when you shared the recording.

The Call Summary resumes your call based on the transcript using an AI.
You can edit the text by clicking on "Edit Summary".

By clicking on the settings-wheel symbol, you can edit the Summary length between short - medium - long and even choose summary target participants. Don't forget to click "update". After you clicked update the recording will be reprocessed again.
