Who is the Meeting owner?
You automatically become the meeting owner if you are the organiser of the meeting. This ownership cannot be changed.
The meeting owner has full access to view and update all information related to their meeting.
What are the rights of Deal room owners?
You are the Deal room owner if you:
create the room from within Unique or
are the deal/opportunity owner in your CRM.
You have all rights to manage the content and team member access for the room. However you cannot delete key moments or recordings if you are not the Meeting owner.
The room owner can set a room to Public or Private depending on if you want the room to be known within your organisation:
How about Team members?
A Team member is invited to a Deal or Coaching room by the room owner. Once invited you have access to the content of the room and can edit the recordings within. However you cannot change the room settings or invite other members.
Other - internal users...
The other members within your organisation can access content in the public rooms to watch and edit key moments.
