Where to find the recordings

There are several ways in which you can find your personal recordings, but also recordings of your colleagues within the unique.app.

1. Finding your recording after the meeting.

Depending on the length of the meeting, the recording takes approximately 10-20 min before it is uploaded to Unique app. Once your video has been uploaded you will be notified by email and also can find it under the 'recordings' section at Unique:

2. Finding your missing recording.

In case your video has been recorded by another member of your team and you have trouble finding it, there are several ways of finding it.

2a. Find your video in the 'All Meetings' Tab

Here you will see the videos of every user within your organization.

Due to privacy, some of those videos might not be immediately accessible to you. You can easily request access to the selected video, by simply clicking on the recording of your choice.

2b. Find your video using the search function

If you know the name of the room or the video that you are trying to find, you can use our search function located at the top of the screen, right next to the Unique logo, as shown below.

2c. Find your meeting room with the finder option

You can use the finder function to filter through your deal rooms and identify any rooms that you have been searching for.
