If you're connected to your clients via Synqup to receive their documents, the Synqup Health Monitor will help you make sure everything is running smoothly.
From the left menu, click on Monitor. This is where you'll see the status of your Synqup application(s). Four statuses exist, each represented by a color:
Green: Synqup is up and running
Yellow: the CPU, memory, or disk space where Synqup is running is almost out of resources
Red: Synqup is unauthorized, please log in again
Grey: Synqup is offline
Each Console user gets a health status next to their email address, along with the CPU, memory and disk usage information.
