Synqup log files

If the invoices are not fetched from Billtobox/Banqup or you're getting an error status, the support team will need your log files.

Where to find the Synqup log files?

  • You will find them on the server where Synqup is installed, in the Logs subfolder in the installation folder. By default in this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Synqup.

  • Right click on the logs folder and generate a .zip file. Send it to us at <local support email address>.
