Billtobox

The Accounting Console is the interface from where the accountant can activate and access her customers' Billtobox/Banqup, see pending documents, and manage their accounting firm's employees.

In the left sidebar, you'll find the following navigation:

Companies This is where you can access your accounting firm's Billtobox/Banqup account. If you have multiple offices under different VAT numbers, you'll be able to see them and access their Billtobox/Banqup account from here.

Clients This is where you can:

- See the list of all your clients
- <a href="https://intercom-help.eu/unifiedpost/en/articles/21049-how-to-activate-my-clients-billtobox-banqup-account">Activate your clients' Billtobox/Banqup accounts</a>
- See how many of your clients' documents have not been forwarded to you yet

Users This is where you can:

- <a href="https://intercom-help.eu/unifiedpost/en/articles/21048-how-to-create-delete-the-accounting-console-accounts-of-my-employees">Create/delete accounts for your employees</a>
- <a href="https://intercom-help.eu/unifiedpost/en/articles/21051-how-to-assign-clients-to-your-employees">Assign clients to your employees</a>

Documents This is where you can get an overview of your clients' incoming and outgoing documents.

Accounting Package Configuration Go to this menu to link your accounting software to the Console.

Monitor Only appears if you use <a href="https://intercom-help.eu/unifiedpost/en/articles/21054-configuring-synqup-on-the-console">Synqup</a>. This is where you can monitor Synqup's heath status and make sure that everything is running smoothly.

Go to Billtobox/Banqup company Click on this menu to go to your accounting firm's Billtobox/Banqup account.
